Entry Fees

Race fees include t-shirt, land use fees, maps, rental boats (including paddles and pfds), SportIdent ePunch timing, post-race food and drink, prizes, give-a-ways, and…. a weekend of racing on a brand new course!

30-Hour race fees include live tracking by Adventure Enablers.

Super Early registration (by January 10)

  • 5-Hour: $80/racer
  • 12-Hour: $150/racer
  • 30-Hour:  $250/racer

Early registration (by April 15)

  • 5-Hour: $90/racer
  • 12-Hour: $160/racer
  • 30-Hour:  $260/racer

Regular registration (by June 1)

  • 5-Hour: $100/racer
  • 12-Hour: $170/racer
  • 30-Hour:  $270/racer

Late registration (by June 15)

  • 5-Hour: $120/racer
  • 12-Hour: $180/racer
  • 30-Hour: $280/racer

Additional Fees

  • Solo racers: race fee is the amount listed above plus $25.

  • 12-hour and 30-hour races only:  each racer must have a USARA license. Licenses are $8 for a single day, or $35 for an annual.  Purchase your annual ($35) or single day ($8) membership at this link: https://runsignup.com/usara. When purchasing a single day membership, be sure to set your membership start date as race day: 06/29/2024.

Refund Policy 

Teams may cancel their registration by emailing us directly to coordinate refunds. Refunds will be based on the published entry fees and will not include Run Sign Up fees. Teams looking to transfer their entry to another team may do so, but teams are responsible for coordinating finances themselves and then communicating the team change to us directly.

  • Full refund: Through April 15, 2024. Minus registration fees.
  • Partial refund (75%): Through May 1, 2024. Minus registration fees.
  • Partial refund (50%): Through June 1, 2024. Minus registration fees.
  • No refund: After June 1, 2024
